Bluecoat, named after the Bluecoat militia that fought the American War of Independence.
Botanicals include organic juniper berries, American citrus peels, coriander and angelica root distilled with third-party sourced grain neutral spirit in a copper pot still made in Scotland by Forsyths of Rothes.
This expression is finished in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of three months providing a unique, well rounded and complex spirit without compromising the latent botanical notes.
Beautifully packaged in a cobalt blue bottle, this will be a great gin alternative to classic cocktails such as the Negroni, Martinez and Old Fashioned.
