Made with love in Margaret River, distilled, bottled and labelled on-site, this Strawberry Gin is a summer dream.

Made from freshly picked strawberries sourced from north of Perth and combined with the distillery’s Gold Medal winning Gin.

Strawberries are added during the distilling process and infused afterwards to give a blushing pink colour. This is a delicate, elegant dry gin that is not at all sweet.

This gin is far from your ordinary pink gins. To get the beautiful natural colour: after distillation the distiller soaks even more fresh hand cut strawberries in the gin before bottling.

No sugars or sweeteners are added, meaning the nose and taste is only from the natural strawberries. While the delicate hint of strawberry gives it a twist, this is a true gin as the juniper, citrus and spices merge together in the background with a delicate sweet aroma.

Serving suggestions:

• Gin & Soda: quickly muddle up some fresh strawberries, basil leaves and strawberry gin, pour over ice and top with Capi Soda Water.
