A modern take on a classic gin celebrating the classic pairing of Juniper, Coriander seed and Lemon with some modern twists.

Tasting notes:

• On the nose this gin will exhibit subtle scents of Thyme and Citrus
• This is followed by a deeper pallet of woody spices and candied citrus which is tied together by the pine and resin notes of the juniper and richness of Yarra Valley honey
• The Gin has a long textural finish which brings smoothness and richness to the spirit.

Serving suggestions:

• G&T: Serve on ice with premium tonic water and garnish with slice of dried lemon
