An original English classic, made with organic sloes, rested in Sacred Gin for two and a half years (a very long time!), before being dosed with an extra kick of juniper right before bottling. Rich and fruity, with an unusual Juniper-piney backbone, this is perfect with sparkling wine, or in a hip flask.

About Sacred Spirits Company: Sacred Spirits was founded in 2008 when Londoner and distiller Ian Hart decided to reframe the city connection with small batch gin distillation in a more positive light. This time the onus was on quality. Instead of using traditional pot distillation, Ian opted for vacuum distillation as a way to preserve the richness of flavour and aromas of his hand-picked botanicals. A new era of London gin production was beginning . . .

Sacred Spirits Co. is a multi-site micro distillery located in Highgate, London. It is one of the few distilleries to use the vacuum distillation method, which can distil botanicals at lower temperatures, and thus capture flavour profiles distinct from those distilled at higher temperatures.

Initially focussing on gin only, Sacred Spirits Co. now produces vodka, whisky and award-winning vermouths.

2009 saw the first of many awards for Sacred Spirits Co., with 1st in Category at the 2009 Ginmasters Competition. 2010 saw gold medals for both Sacred London Dry Vodka and Sacred Organic Vodka in the Global Vodka Masters competition. In 2013 two Double Golds were won at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition for Sacred Gin and Sacred Organic Gin.

More recently, in 2019, the World Gin Awards brought accolades to Ian’s vermouths as well as his Old Tom Gin:
