This is another distinguished, charismatic gin with wonderful balance from Patient Wolf.

The Patient Wolf team have created a perfect gin for Summer. Made for sunny days and balmy nights. Fresh thyme and lemons are vapour infused in their custom made Müller copper still to produce a lively gin bursting with lemon zest and delicate piney freshness. Best enjoyed poolside, in a hammock or on a rooftop. The perfect summer sipper.

Tasting notes:

• Style: A dry gin with medium intensity & complexity.
• Nose: Distinct pine notes within a citrus and light floral bouquet. A background herbal note brings complexity to a pleasant aroma with light to medium intensity.
• Mouth: the palate shows equaly complexity, with initial juniper and lemon citrus leading into fresh herb and a balanced peppery finish. A smooth, soft and warming mouthfeel, with silky oils providing a slight and rounded viscosity when tasted neat.
• Finish: A well-balanced finish with extended after-taste, which is revealing with length.

Serving suggestions:

• Being medium in intensity and complexity, this gin will stretch to pair with most tonics.
• For a well-balanced gin & tonic, we would suggest a neutral, dry tonic to allow the gins natural flavours to be revealed.
• G&T: We suggest Capi Dry tonic water, and a sprig of fresh thyme, couple with a dried lemon wheel for garnish.
• Cocktails: try a French 75, Martini or Tom Collins – all garnished with a sprig of fresh thyme and a dried lemon wheel (fresh if you don’t have dried).
