Smooth 59% couverture dark chocolate, surrounding a soft, sweet, gin-infused cream ganache centre, that cuts through the deliciously light bitterness from the premium dark chocolate. The chocolate provides a stunning finish, leaving you wanting another square.
The Gin ganache is blended at temperature, which ‘cooks out' some of the alcohol content, while retaining the beautiful botanical flavours.

Made by hand in Fremantle, Western Australia from premium raw ingredients in a multi award-winning chocolate factory. Each bar goes through the process of having the bottom layer of chocolate poured, then left to set. The cream ganache is blended, then added as a centre layer before being left to set again overnight. Finally, the top layer of dark chocolate is applied to seal in the ganache, and again left to set before being wrapped and boxed.
