Do you provide shipment tracking?
Yes we do. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with dispatch notification including tracking details.
Please note: We do not monitor each consignment after dispatch. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their own shipments using the consignment number provided. Of course, we are available to help should there be any delays or issues with your order.
Tracking will not show online until the shipment is collected by our courier, usually late afternoon.
