About Eden Mill - Golf Gin (500 ml)

Inspired by Scottish Golf courses and in homage to the spirit of golf in St. Andrews, Eden Mill’s Golf Gin was created for golfers to enjoy all over the country. This botanically rich spirit incorporates botanicals from local grassland and coastal courses around Scotland which gives the gin a unique juniper and floral flavour.

To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfer’s G & Tee of choice.

• Nose: Hints of juniper pine in a forest of lavender and spruce trees. There is a slight tang of the sea that underlies it.
• Palate: The juniper dominates as it should but there is a sweetness from the gorse to it that makes sure it isn’t over-powering. The heather and lavender add a floral note while the spruce and coring provide a distinct peppery finish.

About Eden Mill – St Andrews: Based on the site of a historic distillery on the banks of the River Eden near St Andrews, Eden Mill were the first to make spirits in the region for 150 years.

The Eden Mill story started with a mission to revive the lost art of distilling and brewing in St Andrews.  As Scotland's first single-site distillery and brewery, making gin, whisky and beer, Eden Mill spirit is created by their own distillers in copper pot-stills and exhibit a wide range of flavours from botanicals sourced from the local area, as well as from around the world.

As creators of craft gin, whisky and beers, their team of distillers have the opportunity to marry the best practices from all these disciplines.
