This fiery little number looks innocent, but has a little hidden secret . . . post-blended Carolina Reaper chilli adds a nice 20 second burn time to this juniper heavy gin.

• gin & tonic with a fresh fruit garnish (such as mandarin or peach)

About 7K Distillery Gin: Tyler Clark is the brains and hands behind 7K Distillery. The distillery was created entirely by hand by Tyler (yes, he even built the still!). It was built with an ethos of environmental consciousness and waste minimisation, and this is why upcycled shipping containers were used to help create what is today the 7K Distillery.
