Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin is the first of its kind. Made in the traditional style of the English Sloe gin, Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin showcases a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum.
They steep these plums in their signature Byron Dry Gin and let time weave its magic. Expect exhilarating flavours of rose, watermelon, and bright plum.
Made from the Davidsonia plum, a rare rainforest fruit.
Serving suggestions: Works incredibly well with mixers and cocktails, but also served simply over ice.
About Cape Byron Distillery: In 1988, Pam & Martin Brook bought a rundown dairy farm and over 35,000 subtropical rainforest trees were planted. Today, this landscape has transformed into a haven for birds and wildlife. Of the 26 botanicals in Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, 18 are sourced locally, many from our rainforest.
At Cape Byron Distillery they keep true to the time-honoured traditions and art of distillation, whilst creating spirits that capture and showcase the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers (greater Byron Bay region). Cape Byron Distillery have a passion for excellence, sustainability and giving back to their local community. Cape Byron Distillery are here to create a new chapter in the book of Australian Distilleries.
