Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin is hand-crafted with native botanicals foraged from the heart of the rain-forest on the Brook family farm, located in the hinterland of Byron Bay.
Created with pure Mt Warning Spring water and 26 botanicals, 18 indigenous to the Northern Rivers, Brookie’s Dry Gin is a beautifully balanced combination of the finest regional botanicals in a truly classic gin.
Native botanicals include: Byron Sunrise Finger Limes, Aniseed Myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle, Macadamia, Native Ginger, Native Raspberry & many more. A proportion of all Brookie’s profits goes towards the Big Scrub Land Care Foundation, caring for and regenerating the local rainforest.

About Cape Byron Distillery: In 1988, Pam & Martin Brook bought a rundown dairy farm and over 35,000 subtropical rainforest trees were planted. Today, this landscape has transformed into a haven for birds and wildlife. Of the 26 botanicals in Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, 18 are sourced locally, many from the rainforest.
At Cape Byron Distillery they keep true to the time-honoured traditions and art of distillation, whilst creating spirits that capture and showcase the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers (greater Byron Bay region).
