A much-anticipated release in 2016, this gin is designed to shine in mixed drinks and cocktails. This includes fifteen individually distilled botanicals (both native and imported) such as pears from Orange in greater western NSW, rose petals, elderflower and distilled honey from the distillery's rooftop beehives. Intensely aromatic with a medley of white pepper, citrus peel, piney-juniper and background cardamom / coriander. Skillfully balanced, with a creamy, gently peppery attack and flavours of lemon meringue, pine needle, coriander and a vibrant, oily, spicy finish.

An overproof gin, packed with sixteen individually distilled botanicals, including fresh pears from Orange in NSW, rose petals, elderflower, pronounced juniper and distilled honey direct from our rooftop beehives.

Distinguished, complex and intense, with a higher ABV, Archie Rose Distiller’s Strength is for those who love bigger, bolder flavours.

At Archie Rose, their gin distillation is no mean feat: they distil each botanical individually to ensure they capture every distinct flavour; and do it all in a one-of-a-kind handmade gin still, using three different techniques:

1. Maceration – by adding botanicals directly into the spirit and leaving them to steep

2. Hot vapour infusion – by suspending botanicals in a basket at the base of the neck of the still

3. Cool vapour infusion – by holding botanicals in our Carter Head style infusion point in the still’s Lyne arm
